As the proprietor of a new but growing retail business, I signed up to Sage and attended their classroom day training course in Reading. This was fine for context, but would have led to weeks of me referring to the Course Notebook; ultimately suffering delay and frustration getting my head round and up to speed with Sage. Then in stepped Jemma and Pink Giraffes who have fast-tracked this learning curve.
I fully recommend a one-on-one training course and support session in the comfort of your own home/office. Such attention and focus is akin to a personal trainer versus a gym class! You get tailored advice and nice touches such as Nominal Lists specific to your business.
Pink Giraffes also streamlined our accounting filing system, making me realise sometimes hard copies are important but we still have paperless office aspirations! Jemma also actioned difficult things which would have taken me hours, such as laying out our Invoice template.
One-on-one Sage training time is highly productive and Jemma is always on the end of the phone afterwards – and has the ability to log in to your computer remotely just to oversee you navigating Sage yourself, or to detect an error when your bank balance doesn’t tally!
I cannot recommend Pink Giraffes highly enough and know I will be calling on Jemma again soon for more support in this and other areas of our business.
Jemma Tucker has been an enormous help to me and my business. She is completely reliable and her talents are endless! Her back-up is incredibly important as I travel regularly - knowing she is in the background keeping an eye on my business is a huge help.
